1. Information We Collect
ShieldBot is built on a Zero-Trust architecture. We collect only the absolute minimum required to function:
- Discord Data: Guild IDs, User IDs (only for logging malicious intent), and basic server configurations.
- Dashboard Data: Discord OAuth profile information (Username, Avatar, Email).
- We do NOT log message content unless it explicitly triggers a spam or raid filter, and even then, it is purged after 24 hours.
2. How We Use Information
Data is used strictly to provide security services, maintain our dashboard, and process subscription payments. We do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstance.
3. Data Security
All stored configurations and audit logs are securely hashed and stored in isolated clusters. Database access is restricted to our core automated engines.
4. Your Rights
You may request full deletion of your server's data at any time by kicking the bot and submitting a data erasure request through our dashboard.
